How destin came to be
Alissa D’Orazio grew up in the industry and is honored to get back to her roots, with over a decade of experience. She enjoys being able to make a difference in customer's day-to-day operations, as well as being able to provide impactful-employment opportunities. She takes pride in offering fair, liveable wages & having honest, dependable employees on staff.
It was natural for her to follow in her father's entrepreneurial footsteps. Although, he has moved on to the next stage in his life (retirement); she hopes to carry the torch, with an extra-bright light and continue to carry-on his legacy through her own company (Destin Services & Consulting, LLC). She’s ready to continue to make a difference in this industry.
Destin is derived from the word destiny- "the hidden power believed to control what will happen in the future; fate".

I’m so glad you’re here. Thank you for taking the time to get to know me & what Destin Services & Consulting is all about! My background consists of Human Resources & Business Management (B.S.). My heightened intuition from as young as I can remember & strong empathic abilities have helped guide me along the way, too! Whether that be in hiring employees (truly good people) or to be a step ahead of our customer’s expectations; I can reassure you, you’ll see & feel the difference in the services we offer. We are here to add value to your daily operations & protect your investments. It’s an important aspect, that not everyone thinks about or wants to invest in; however, it has a trickling & positive effect if you do!
I’ve always been big on following-through on my word. It’s important, but not everyone does! However, I believe it shows one’s integrity. I give you my word, we will leave your facility healthier & looking better than we found it. We will do the following: effectively communicate, take care of the “little things” so you don’t have to or so they aren’t a frustration in the morning & add value to your daily operations all while being honest along the way.
I care deeply and probably will have even higher expectations of myself (& team) than you do, but that’s what happens when you hire a Company that truly cares!
